Customer Service
During centre trading hours, a customer service attendant can be located at the centre's Customer Service Desk. Our friendly staff are available to assist you with store enquiries, directions, lost property, local newspapers, brochures and general centre information. Kiddy Cruisers
Novelty strollers are available from the Customer Service Desk. These strollers are designed to transport children in safety and comfort, and are fitted with convenient carry bags. Current identification (drivers licence) must be provided in order to use this service.
Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs are also available from the Customer Service Desk on presentation of current proof of identification, and can be pre-booked one day in advance.
Parking
Grand Plaza Shopping Centre offers the convenience of over 2,500 car spaces including undercover parking. Motorama Toyota proudly supplies the Centre with a security car that regularly patrols the carpark. Our parking system is designed to grant our customers easier access to every area within the Centre, putting you within metres of our major retailers such as Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Target, Kmart & Big W.
Parents Rooms
Grand Plaza Shopping Centre has three fully equipped parents rooms featuring private feeding rooms, change tables, hand washing facilities, comfortable seating, a microwave, as well as junior and adult toilets. Parking for parents with prams is also available.
Justice of the Peace
Volunteer Justice of the Peaces visit the Centre twice a week. JP's are located near Strathfield in the Kmart Mall each Thursday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 11:00am. If you require a JP outside of these hours, please phone (07) 3809 4299 for after hours contact details.
Seniors Card
Grand Plaza is a proud supporter of Queensland Government Seniors Card program. For your list of special offers, collect a Cardholder Discount List from the Customer Service Desk during centre trading hours.
Heart Foundation Walking Group
The Heart Foundation Walking Group paces it out around the Centre every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7am - 8am. Meet outside Australia Post and join the walking crew! For further information, please phone the Heart Foundation Walking Team on 07 3872 2500.
Parcel Pick Up
Coles, Big W, Kmart and Woolworths offer a Parcel Pick Up service for your convenience.
Bus Interchange
The centre boasts a major bus interchange in the Aqua car park (near Food Court entrance), connecting Grand Plaza customers to Brisbane's southern suburbs and city. Timetables are available from the Customer Service Desk.
Taxi Rank
A Taxi Rank is also located near the Food Court entrance.
Doctors
A medical centre is available at "Doctors in Grand Plaza" with up to five doctors on staff. Access is via Terry White Chemist. Medicare is also located inside Terry White Chemist.
